Lauren Wilkins
No description of the work is available-her work is still forming and is new. Lauren is actually a very close friend of mine, so I know most of her struggles with her work. She has four sections of work on her website and is really into Thomas Ruff like portraits…but to me the work that really says “Lauren Wilkins” is her photographic collages. I’m in love with these. I think her work is in it’s very early stages, but I feel it has some of the most potential out of a lot of artwork. I like when she steps out of the realm of classic photography and creates things with photographs; I think it’s good for the medium and for her too.
